VoxTrek provides tools for the analysis of broadcast radio content, including but not limited to content analysis, pattern recognition, and insights extraction. Our Services are designed to help organizations gain insights from public broadcast content.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content Usage and Limitations
Our Services analyze content from publicly available radio broadcasts. Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the legal right to analyze any content accessed through our Services
- Complying with all applicable copyright, fair use, and intellectual property laws
- Not using our Services to create verbatim transcripts of copyrighted broadcasts without proper authorization
- Using insights and analysis for lawful purposes only
VoxTrek does not provide direct transcriptions of broadcast content. Our Services focus on analysis, insights, and pattern recognition.
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
If you're using our API, you agree to respect rate limits and not to attempt to circumvent any limitations we've put in place. We reserve the right to throttle or block access to users who abuse our system.
6. Payment Terms
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for such Services. You will provide us with a valid credit card or other payment method. You agree that we may charge your payment method for all amounts due for your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
